Career
Knipp Law Office, PLLC
At Knipp Law Office, Brien is the managing family law attorney. Family law has always been a passion of Brien’s. It is his goal to see that his clients receive the best possible outcome based on their specific situation. While at Knipp Law, Brien has also gained experience as a real estate closing attorney. When he’s not in court, he can be found at the closing table. He is proficient at performing title examinations and drafting real estate related contracts.
Union County District Attorney’s Office
Prior to receiving his JD, Brien worked at the Union County District Attorney’s Office in Monroe, NC. While at the D.A.’s Office, he gained experience with traffic court, criminal misdemeanor trials, and criminal felony trials.
Pettus & Tyler, PC
Throughout law school, Brien worked at Pettus & Tyler, PC; a general law practice in Keysville, VA. While at Pettus & Tyler, he gained experience with district court proceedings, estate planning, real estate transactions, performing title searches, and drafting motions and legal memorandums for trial.
About
Outside of the office, Brien enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and flag football. On the weekends, he can be found refereeing youth basketball and soccer at the Johnston YMCA. In college, Brien was a member of the Hampden-Sydney College football team.
